Job Description
Under the Assurance umbrella, the Risk Assurance practice encompasses solutions that are driven by dynamic global markets which require companies to take actions to successfully address business risks and opportunities. Our professionals work across sectors and develop deep competencies which allow them to advise both audit and non-audit clients. PwC has more than 3,700 Risk Assurance professionals in the US who are responsible for delivering quality audits, advising companies about how to solve complex problems and also take advantage of new business opportunities.

The Enterprise Systems Solutions practice helps companies implement transformational programs and technologies that drive business performance. With specialized experience in multiple enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Guidewire, Oracle, JD Edwards, Hyperion, EPIC, and Cerner, our professionals work with companies to fully leverage their ERP technologies. The team integrates the capabilities within Risk Assurance broadly in order to maximize the value of delivering solutions to our clients.

Enterprise Systems Solutions practitioners develop deep technical expertise across an ERP system in order to assess, recommend, design and configure controls as they relate to business processes, ERP application security, and Governance and Risk and Compliance (GRC) technologies.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 0

Minimum Academic Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Accounting, Finance/Economics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics Mathematics, Regulatory Compliance, Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics and/or other business field of study.
Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
Preferred Major GPA: 3.3.
Eligible students should be in the 3rd year of a 4 yr degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 yr program.
Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.

Certification(s) Preferred: Before starting with PwC full time, will be eligible to sit for the primary credential exam appropriate for the appropriate practice area, such as having 150 credit hours to sit for the CPA exam in certain states.

Job Duties:

Demonstrates some proven knowledge to perform as an Enterprise Systems Solutions Intern, including the following:
- Contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with the internal and external team, proactively communicating and seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;
- Understanding the core client business and IT processes including the review of process and technical documentation and hands-on system investigation and testing;
- Applying professional skepticism in all client interactions, including the gathering, reviewing, and analyzing of client information;
- Assisting in the creation of various client deliverables including control documentation and test scripts, status and observation reporting and dashboards;
- Collaborating directly with clients, attending client meetings and building strong and sustainable relationships; approaching clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information;
- Understanding of end-to-end processes, documenting business requirements, creating design documentation and process flows to assist the team in implementing technology to meet client needs;
- Developing an awareness of firm services; and,
- Participating in internal PwC projects.

- Leveraging resources or creative methods in the face of change or uncertainty and fostering collaboration and teamwork to contribute to the team's success;
- Exhibiting flexibility and desire to travel frequently, as client assignments require; and,
- Demonstrating critical thinking skills that assist our teams, by understanding technology solutions and end to end processes, which help solve client problems.
