Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 0

Minimum Academic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, finance, economics, mathematics, accounting or similar quantitative disciplines
Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
Preferred Major GPA: 3.3
Client service associate positions are entry-level and job seekers are typically in the final academic year of completing their educational requirements or have graduated.

Certification(s) Required: Completion of at least one actuarial exams prior to start date.

Certification(s) Preferred: The completion of 2 exams is preferred.

Job Duties:
Play an integral role in providing HR consulting services to clients as a professional in PwC's Global Human Resource Services practice. Participate in all phases of HR advisory projects with specific focus on tax implications, including the planning, execution and implementation processes. Participate in a wide range of projects; consistently demonstrate creative thinking, flexibility and individual initiative. Consistently demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback. Identify and address client needs: build solid relationships with clients; develop an awareness of Firm services; approach client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; deliver clear requests for information; and demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.

Job Requirements:
A solid understanding of HR services, including planning, strategy and execution. Demonstrated ability to research and analyze tax laws, rules and regulations and to analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters. Experience demonstrating strong problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communications. Demonstrated self-motivation and has a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.
