Job Description
The Transfer Pricing Team works on all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property; transfers of tangible goods; services and loans and other financing transactions.



Inter-company transactions across borders are growing rapidly and are becoming much more complex. Compliance with the differing requirements of multiple overlapping tax jurisdictions is a complicated and time-consuming task.

Our specialists include numerous partners and staff with experience gained with tax administrations.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 0


Minimum Academic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Accounting or other related field
Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
Preferred Major GPA: 3.3
Client service associate positions are entry-level and job seekers are typically in the final academic year of completing their educational requirements or have graduated.


Degree Preferred: Advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Accounting or other related field


Certification(s) Preferred: Before starting at PwC, will have completed and hold a conferred Doctorate (PhD) Degree OR will be eligible to sit for another primary credential exam appropriate for relevant practice area, such as having 150 credit hours to sit for the CPA exam in certain states


Job Duties:

Play an integral role as a professional in PwC's Transfer Pricing practice applying statistical tools to establish the sensitivity of intercompany pricing strategies to relevant macro and micro-economic factors; and, Conducting and writing industry research studies. Participate in a wide range of projects; consistently demonstrate creative thinking and individual initiative. Consistently demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment: Understanding personal and team roles; Contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and, Proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback. Identify and address client needs: Build solid relationships with clients; Develop an awareness of Firm services; approach clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner; Deliver clear requests for information; and, Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.


Job Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis and to apply statistical tools. Experience demonstrating problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communications. Demonstrated self-motivation and possess a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.
