Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 0

Minimum Academic Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics, finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or similar quantitative disciplines
Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
Preferred Major GPA: 3.3.
Eligible students should be in the 3rd year of a 4 yr degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 yr program.
Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.


Certification(s) Preferred: Before starting with PwC full time, will be eligible to sit for the primary credential exam appropriate for the appropriate practice area, such as having 150 credit hours to sit for the CPA exam in certain states.



Job Duties:
Play a role as an intern in PwC's Global Human Resource Services provided to clients. Participate in select phases of HR advisory projects with specific focus on tax implications. Participate in select projects; demonstrate creative thinking, flexibility and individual initiative. Contribute to collaborative teamwork, through working effectively as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback. Flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.


Job Requirements:
A desire to pursue a career in human resource and benefits consulting. Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communications. Demonstrated self-motivation and has a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.
