Within Tax, our International Assignment Services (IAS) practice is the leading provider of tax and related human resource and technology services to companies with respect to their cross-border employees.

IAS clients are primarily mid-sized to FORTUNE 500 companies, who share a need for global expansion, related cost containment, and workforce retention.

IAS provides tax return preparation for company employees who work outside their home country, tax planning to reduce costs related to international assignment programs and administration and technology related to the management of certain HR tasks to support international assignments, such as relocation and cost of living calculations.

The Tax practice will employ individuals for strategic projects or "busy season" assistance to meet client demands.

These individuals are not eligible for the standard internship programs.

They may be considered for other PwC employment opportunities, but must apply for posted opportunities and be selected through the firm's standardized selection process.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 0

Minimum Academic Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
Preferred Major GPA: 3.3.
Eligible students should be in the 3rd year of a 4 yr degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 yr program.
Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.


Degree Preferred: Master's degree in Accountancy or Taxation


Certification(s) Preferred: Before starting with PwC full time, will be eligible to sit for the primary credential exam appropriate for the appropriate practice area, such as having 150 credit hours to sit for the CPA exam in certain states.



Job Duties:
This individual will play a role supporting teams who provide consulting solutions and compliance related tax return prepartion to Tax clients.


Job Requirements:

This includes the analysis of large and complex data sets, demonstrating an aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, using the standard suite of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to execute related deliverables. -Utilization of effective written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with team members in a professional setting
